Orders placed for delivery in the Republic of Ireland over €75 will be delivered free of charge. Orders under €75 incur a charge of €7 in the republicof Ireland. Orders will be delivered Monday – Friday and orders placed before 2pm will be posted the same day.

Orders outside of Ireland will incur an extra charge which will depend on the destination they are being sent to and the size of the order. We will contact you either by phone or email and let you know before sending. Please note these orders can take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive.

Some items may incur an extra charge due to weight and size which are exempt from our free delivery but we will contact you prior to despatching to discuss the charge.

Can I return my order?

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. At Kellihers Mills If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 28 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 28 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.

Please be informed that returned goods will not be accepted unless they are clean and dry due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005. Any items returned to us in this state will be returned at your cost for cleaning before any further action can be taken. The Items must be in their original packaging. Due to Health and Safety requirements, riding hats, skullcaps and helmets are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights.

What if goods are faulty?

In some circumstances, manufacturers may wish to examine the goods for their own records and therefore, replacements may not be sent out until it is deemed that the original goods were defective.

Who pays for returns?

If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 28 days to return it to us by post. If you are returning by post, we recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of postage. You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, in which case contact kellihersmills@gmail.com and we’ll arrange the return for you.
